From our base in West Yorkshire, we create spectacular events, help people make amazing art, and bring joy to community.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED IN LAMPLIGHTER 2022
We’ve made a few changes since the last Lamplighter in 2018 (remember back then?) and there won’t be a parade this time but instead we’ll be building an illuminated trail and mini-festival in Centre Vale Park, Todmorden. It’s such a gorgeous setting, we know it’s the perfect environment for a magical experience. We’ll still be making this happen TOGETHER, with opportunities for all to get involved as much as you’d like to. Here are the different ways in which you can take part:
We will update this information in the New Year, and again nearer to the event itself (in light of any changes in Covid restrictions and guidance – unfortunately the above is subject to change). Any questions or suggestions email@example.com

FOR ARTISTS – LANTERN GIANT PUPPET MASTERCLASS, Handmade Parade workshop Hebden Bridge, Monday 7 – Saturday 12 February
Running at the same time as preparations for Lamplighter 2022, and co-produced by ourselves and Thingumajig Theatre, this week long masterclass will teach artists and lantern makers all they need to know to make lantern giant puppets including structural design and lighting. The masterclass will be led by Andrew Kim and the lantern puppets will make their debut at the Lamplighter event. For more information contact firstname.lastname@example.org
NB this masterclass will only run if 6 or more people book a place – get in touch and we’ll send you more details and answer any questions. You’ll need to confirm attendance and pay a deposit of £210 (50% of the total cost, £420) by Friday 21 January.
There are two scholarships available for Black, Asian Ethnic Minority artists as artists of colour are currently underrepresented in our work and in outdoor arts generally. These scholarships are for half of the masterclass costs
